Objective: to work with citizens and residents to develop a fulfilling living environment for all, based on mutual respect, consideration and inclusion, where physical, verbal, psychological and moral violence are replaced by listening and dialogue, and by cooperative, democratic, resolute and proactive practices that bring peace.
Means:
Through peace education, i.e. education in human values and norms, in attitudes and behavior, and in the skills and practices of the culture of peace.
Through training in the trasnmission of peace education
– learning to proactively appease,
– learning more generally the
tensions between transnational individuals, groups, cultures, countries, regions,
– replacing violence with dialogue,
– preventing and transforming conflicts,
– restoring trust and security,
– fostering a state of harmony.
