A former professor of moral philosophy, he is a theologian specializing in the science and theology of religions. For eight years he was Secretary General of the French section of the World Conference of Religions for Peace.
Biography:
A lay theologian and fervent promoter of inter-religious dialogue, he has also been active in the field of health, notably founding, with Bernard Kouchner, the REUNIR association (Réseau d'Education Nutritionnelle Infantile de la Réunion), which fights overweight, obesity and diabetes.
