Mediation

Mediation is a process of amicable conflict resolution in which a neutral, independent third party (the mediator) guides the two parties in conflict to listen to each other’s grievances and demands, and then to work together to find a solution to the conflict that both parties find satisfactory and accept.

In particular, we recommend appeasement mediationwhich also fosters peaceful, ongoing relationships.
