Mindfulness in education
Mindfulness is a way of cultivating attention in order to provide greater self-awareness and self-knowledge about thoughts, feelings and sensations and how these can affect our actions. It complements other socio-emotional competence (SEL) approaches correlated with positive learning outcomes for students aged 3-18 and their teachers. (3)
