Professor committed to the human right to peace, speaker at the December 15-16, 2009 UN symposium on this theme.
He teaches at HEID (Hautes Etudes Internationales et du Développement), Geneva, at the Geneva School of Diplomacy, at the International Humanitarian Law Institute, San Remo, Italy, at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute, Lund, Sweden, at the International Academy of Constitutional Law, Tunis and elsewhere.
He is also an author, poet and enthusiast of aphorisms on peace, war, justice and other themes.
