Biography:
Adama Dieng is a Senegalese jurist. After serving as Registrar of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda at the rank of Assistant Secretary-General, he was appointed UN Special Adviser on the Prevention of Genocide in 2012.
It also examined the situations in Syria and Burma, as well as the Central African Republic.
