Biography:
Albert Jacquard devotes most of his time and energy to humanist reflection, with the aim of promoting the evolution of collective consciousness. A polytechnician and geneticist, he was Professor of Genetics in Paris and Geneva, and a WHO Expert in Genetics from 1973 to 1985. He fights for peace, education in human values, sports without violence or competition, social justice, the fight against racism, the right to housing... ). Member of the Sponsoring Committee of the French Coordination for the Decade for a Culture of Peace and Non-Violence. Member of the French National Ethics Committee.
