In cooperative pedagogy, children are invited to build their skills and knowledge in cooperation with the teacher and other students. In so doing, they can :
- develop initiative, autonomy and responsibility
- develop your ability to participate and collaborate
- learning to cooperate and cooperating to learn
- cooperate respectfully with students of different ability levels
- better self-motivation for learning.
In this way, cooperative pedagogy helps to combat failure at school and pass on knowledge and interpersonal skills to a larger number of people.
