Inclusive education

Inclusive education relies on the involvement of teachers:

  • develop their own personal and professional skills
    (those enabling them to interact with positive authority and encouraging postures towards all students, whatever their particularities);
  • manage their classes – all their students – fairly
    (without favoritism, discrimination or exclusion);
  • reinforce students’ inclusive skills, including consideration and mutual aid, towards all their peers within the
    learning environment(by bringing them together in small groups or circles, with participative, collaborative and democratic teaching practices, role-playing, etc.).
  • implement an inclusion plan, in collaboration with the professions concerned, for students who need it.
