The Alphabet

The books became unhappy

Wondering for what grievances

Consonants wanted to correct

Vowels with a whip

The words crossed each other, staring each other in the face,

Vile and rude,

In short, they didn’t care.

From the Alphabet

After quarrels and tragedies

And for what ideologies

In the tumult and clatter

The vowels went into exile

Anathematized people

Prefers to flee from hatred

Leaving your past in pieces

In an attempt to achieve peace

Words crossed, torn apart,

Confused,

In a word, they looked at each other

In arrow words…

The world was vanquished

Blinded by too much anger

Each letter in its distress

Stopping dead in her tracks

Sentences were no longer written

The words remained unfinished

In their wagons their double v

Weeping over the chaos of the brawls

The words hid, wordlessly,

Helpless

In dead letters, they sobbed…

In silent words…

It was on the advice of Greek y

Let letters help each other

United consonants and vowels

For a kingdom of harmony

The words began to sing again

Brotherhood

Égalité et Liberté

In mixed words.
