A relationship of disagreement, transformed into a relationship of confrontation or struggle by the fact that one of the persons or parties seeks to obstruct or impose its positions by the balance of power against the expectations or needs, projects or interests, values or beliefs, or rights of the other party.<\/p>\n

Definitions related to conflict regulation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Disagreement turns into conflict when the other is perceived as the one whose desires oppose my own desires, whose projects contradict my own projects, whose rights encroach on my own rights, whose freedom threatens my own freedom, whose existence challenges my own existence.<\/p>\n
